Open the game, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Progress is saved to iCloud automatically. Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on your device and that iCloud Drive is enabled. If you recently switched devices, give the app a moment to sync on first launch.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, email me with a brief description of what happened and which device and iOS version you are using.
