World of Tripeaks is developed and published by Patrick Hardie ("I", "me"). Your privacy is important to me. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is handled.

Data I collect

World of Tripeaks collects no personal data directly. No account is required to play.

Apple frameworks

The app uses the following Apple frameworks that may handle data according to Apple's own privacy policies:

• iCloud (CloudKit) — game statistics and high scores are stored in your private iCloud container. This data is accessible only to you and is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms.
• Game Center — if you are signed in to Game Center, scores and achievements are submitted to Apple's Game Center service. Participation is entirely optional and controlled by your device's Game Center settings.
• StoreKit — in-app purchase transactions ("Remove Ads") are processed entirely by Apple. I receive only a confirmation that the purchase was made; no payment details are shared with me.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. On first launch, users in the EEA/UK are shown a consent prompt under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. Purchasing "Remove Ads" removes all advertising from the app.

Crash reporting & analytics

The app does not include any third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs. Apple's standard App Store diagnostic data may be collected if you have opted in to share analytics with Apple on your device.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. It contains no features that would require or invite children to provide personal information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
